After shadowing a few MD’s and realizing the medical profession is driven by sickness care and not health care, he decided that wasn’t for him. He had never thought about chiropractic until a work injury led him to an orthopedic surgeon who prescribed opioids and possible surgery. Instead, he went to his first chiropractor and found almost immediate relief. After a lengthy discussion with the chiropractor and shadowing him for a few days, he knew he had found his calling.
