CCI Therapy has a fully qualified team of Behavioral Health Specialists, Physicians, Chiropractors, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Licensed Professional Counselors. We collaborate for the benefit of the patient with a multi-specialty approach. Our team focuses on family therapy, youth offenders, behavioral management and health/rehabilitation. We work with state and local agencies to address the needs of our community. We offer a sliding fee schedule so all have access to mental health services. We believe in an integrative approach to achieve health and wellness. It is the policy of Counseling Centers International to have in place a non-discrimination policy and discounted/sliding fee application. CCI Therapy is a NHSC site, and as such, we promise to serve all patients. We offer discounted fees for patients who qualify. We do not deny services based on a person’s race, disability, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, inability to pay or gender identity. Please ask us how to apply for Sliding fee discount based on income. We accept Major Medical, Medicaid, Medicare & CHIP.

Dr. Luis I. Khit was born in Mexico. A valley native since the age of ten, he attended Memorial High School and later pursued his education at Pan-Am University. Dr. Khit earned his chiropractic degree from TCC and furthered his education by obtaining a Master’s in Business Administration from Parker University. For the past two decades, Dr. Khit has been happily married to Dr. Alejandra G. Khit, who is also a chiropractor. Together, they have raised four sons: Saul, Alfonso, Erik, and Sebastian. Beyond his professional commitments, Luis finds joy in building, gardening, and hosting barbecues over an open fire. With nearly twenty years of experience in chiropractic practice, Luis has found immense satisfaction in his career. Grateful for the lives he has touched, he continues to be dedicated to improving the well-being of his patients.

Dr. Zimmerman graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 1986 and opened the practice in 1987. She chose this location because her family used to vacation in the area, and she always wanted to return. She loves the friendly, family-oriented nature of the community. She’s provided life-changing care for patients of all ages for over 37 years, and she now sees the children and even grandchildren of some of her first patients. Most of our patients are referrals from others who trust our care and appreciate our compassionate approach. We’ve had patients who come to us after suffering with pain for 20 years, trying everything with no relief. Through our customized care plans of chiropractic adjustments and healing therapies, we’ve been able to restore their health and allow them to get back to doing the things they love to do.
